Event Coordinator Service
This service provides you with an onsite coordinator who sees to the set up of the event the day before, the running of the function the day of, as well as the pack up the following day or next working day depending on venue. Our coordnator will also need at least one consultation prior to the event to learn about the suppliers you are working with, and your requirements of them.
Planning Consultation Service
Our consultation service is based on two main meetings. The first is to discuss budget, theme, style, decorative items and your wedding wish list. We consider which suppliers would be best for your event, Erin will then put together a list of suitable venues & vendors before the second meeting in which we secure your date, venue, caterer, florist, photographer etc. Erin will also stay on hand during your planning for any needed advice or support.
Full Planning Package
This package combines all our services, from start to finish. We meet with you to gain a feel of the dream wedding or event you want to make a reality. We find the perfect suppliers, and work with them to secure everything you may need. We are on hand to help with any advice and support. We deal with any 'issues' that may arise during the planning. Erin is then onsite for the set up the day prior, the running of the ceremony and reception the day of, as well as the pack up the following day. We will also follow up with any vendors after the event to guarantee everything is settled properly. This package was designed for brides who want to be involved with every detail of the planning, or those who want to feel confident and leave the details to our experienced staff.

Nationwide Services /Overseas Brides
We can also discuss nationwide services if you are needing a planner outside the Nelson, Tasman & Marlborough regions.
We plan weddings with overseas brides everyday. With the use of emails, Skype and most suppliers used being New Zealand based -it can be much easier than most think.
